It's a horse! ...Duh.
Photo courtesy National Geographic magazine. Volume 163, no. 1, February 1983. Work in progress, as is obvious. I've no clue what direction I'm going to go in with this. Yes, the horse is sitting. His trainer/owner or whatever was sitting in front of him and that visible front hoof was rested on the owner/trainer's knee. It was an interesting, if not funny image that I figured I'd draw (I was in my art class, so I had to do SOMETHING. And this is what I found and started. I hadn't intended to really make it detailed or anything. I thought I was going to experiment with style and attempt to be a bit less... OMGMUSTBEPERFECTLYREAL like I usually am. ...But I ended up going for it anyway. Looks better scanned! It's not my best work by ANY margin, but I like it... |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
